Domestic shipping
Your items will be shipped with PostNord. You can chose to either get it delivered to your local pick up spot (55kr) or directly to your house (70kr). The shipping itself takes up to a couple up days, but as all pieces are Handmade and Made to Order, please allow up to 3 weeks (5 weeks for orders including gold plated items) for production, depending on demand. Once your package has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.
EU shipping
Please refer to the chart. All pieces are Handmade and Made to Order, please allow up to 3 weeks (5 weeks for orders including gold plated items) for production, depending on demand. We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.
International shipping
At the moment, we only ship within EU.
Returns & Exchange
Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. But you can exchange an item for a different size or product, within 14 days of receiving the item(s). If you are wanting to exchange for a product with a higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If the new product is lower in value, you will be refunded the difference. Shipping both ways are to be covered by you. To be able to accept an exchange, the piece must be in perfect condition and unworn. We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the piece shows any signs of wear or tear. Please keep in mind if you are exchanging for a different size, that all pieces are handmade and unrepeatable to an exact.
We do not accept exchanges of custom pieces.
